Release date:
Reservations will be released on an ongoing basis at midday on the dates below:
- December 6 – booking dates 17/12 – 1/9
- December 20 booking dates 1/10 – 1/31
- January 10 – booking dates 02/01 – 02/14
- January 31 – booking dates 15 / 02-2 / 28
- February 21 – booking dates 1/1 – 13/3
- The holiday price includes the holidays and the holiday season (December 17 – January 9) $ 20 online / $ 22 free + taxes
- Statutory Holidays: New Year’s Eve, MLK Day and Presidents Day – $ 20 online / $ 22 without an appointment + taxes
- Skates are available from size 8 for kids to size 15 for men (our rental skates are generally suitable for children 5 years old and up)
- Locker rental – standard lockers $ 3, large lockers $ 5 – 2 hour rental
- Skating aids (Penguins) available to help you skate $ 10 per session
- Skaters can check in 30 minutes before the start of their scheduled session

- Group reservations can be made for skating after January 9 – Group reservations cannot be made during the holiday season (December 17-January 9)
Refunds are only given if the ice skating ribbon is closed by the management team – Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund

Faq:
- NO REFUND
- Skate sharpening is NOT available on site
- The available skate sizes are from size 8 for children to size 15 for men, there are NO half sizes.
- Figure and hockey skates available.
- Figure skates fit faithfully, hockey skates fit approximately 1 size above your shoe size.
- Locker space is limited and bags left unattended will be collected.
- Accessibility: A skating assistance sled is available for skaters with a physical disability and their companion skater.

Skating Ribbon Rules and Regulations:
- Reservations are strongly encouraged
- Skate carefully at all times
- Follow the instructions of the skating assistants
- Skate only in the direction currently indicated by the skating assistants
- Skating speed at all times must be equal to that of all other skaters
- Only people wearing skates are allowed on the ice surface
- No more than two (2) people can skate together
The following are prohibited on the ice:
- Skating when resurfacing is complete
- Skating in a way that endangers or interferes with the enjoyment of other skaters
- Stop or stand on the ice
- Overlapping, play, excessive speed, roughness, or skidding in an unsafe or potentially dangerous manner
- Transporting children or secondary objects on the ice; handbags, backpacks, cameras, cell phones, portable music players, etc.
- Jumps, pirouettes or backward skates
- Speed skates (racing blade skates)
- Play hockey
- Eat or drink
- Throw snowballs or other objects at any time
- Sitting or leaning on the railing
