  • Monday-Thursday – Skate rental
    • $16 online + tax

    • Skate with your own skates – Free
    • We do NOT offer season passes

  • Friday – Sunday & public holidays – Skate rental
    • $20 online + tax
    • $22 no charge + tax
    • Skate with your own skates – $5 + taxes (2 p.m., 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. session)
    • Skate with your own skates – Free session at 11 a.m. ONLY

Release date:

Reservations will be released on a rolling basis at midday on the dates below:

  • December 6 – booking dates 12/17 – 1/9
  • Booking dates from December 20 10/01 – 31/01
  • January 10 – booking dates 2/1 – 2/14
  • January 31 – reservation dates 02/15-02/28
  • February 21 – reservation dates 3/1 – 3/13
  • Holiday pricing includes holidays and holiday season (December 17-Jan 9) $20 online / $22 free + tax
  • Holidays: New Years Eve/Day, MLK Day and Presidents Day – $20 online / $22 free + tax
  • Skates are available from children’s size 8 to men’s size 15 (our rental skates are generally suitable for children aged 5 and over)
  • Locker rental – standard lockers $3, large lockers $5 – 2 hour rental
  • Skate Aids (Penguins) available to help you skate $10 per session
  • Skaters can check in 30 minutes before the start of their scheduled session

  • Group reservations can be made for ice skating after January 9 – Group reservations cannot be made during the holiday season (December 17 to January 9)

Refunds are only given if the ice skating ribbon is closed by the management team – Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund

FAQs:

  • NO REFUND
  • Skate sharpening is NOT available onsite
  • Skate sizes available range from children’s size 8 to men’s size 15, there are NO half sizes.
  • Figure skating and hockey skates available.
  • Figure skates run true to size, hockey skates are approximately 1 size larger than your shoe size.
  • Locker space is limited and bags left unattended will be removed.
  • Accessibility: A skating assistance sled is available for skaters with physical disabilities and their skating companion.

Skating Ribbon Rules and Regulations:

  • Reservations are strongly encouraged
  • Skate carefully at all times
  • Follow the instructions of the skate assistants
  • Skate only in the direction currently indicated by the skating assistants
  • Skating speed at all times must be equal to the speed of all other skaters
  • Only people wearing skates are allowed on the ice surface
  • No more than two (2) people can skate together

Are not allowed on the ice:

  • Skate when ice resurfacing is complete
  • Skating in a way that endangers or interferes with the enjoyment of other skaters
  • Stop or stand on the ice
  • Overlapping, backlash, excessive speed, roughness, or slippage in a dangerous or potentially dangerous manner
  • Carrying children or secondary objects on the ice; handbags, backpacks, cameras, cell phones, portable music players, etc.
  • Jump, spin or skate backwards
  • Speed ​​skates (racing blade skates)
  • Play hockey
  • eat or drink
  • Throw snowballs or other objects at any time
  • Sitting or leaning on the railing
