Is there anything more scenic than a skating rink in winter?

If you’re interested in ice skating in Cincinnati, now there’s another addition to the rink scene: the Warm 98.5 Ice Rink in Summit Park.

Installed under the colorful glass roof of the park, the rink offers skating sessions of two and three hours for $ 7 (skate rental included). Nanny Belle’s will serve snacks, drinks and hot chocolate. And skate aids (those devices that look like a street blockade) will be available for free.

“This is such a fun winter tradition and a great activity for families, friends or date night,” said Margaret O’Gorman, general manager of programs and events for the Parks and Recreation department at Blue Ash. , in a press release.

While last year skaters had to make reservations due to COVID restrictions, this year it’s all first come, first served.

The ice rink is open until January 3, 2022 and closed for holidays on November 25 and 26; December 24, 25 and 31; and January 1.

Summit Park is located at 4335 Glendale Milford Road, Blue Ash. For more information visit summitparkblueash.com.

And if you’re looking for other places to skate, Fifty West has built a family-friendly winter wonderland – complete with an ice rink – in their production plants. And the Fountain Square ice rink is also open, with skate and bumper car rentals.
