Before adding ingredients, think about what flavour mayonnaise should have. If a spicy mayonnaise is preferred, add a teaspoon of chilli powder. For a mild mayonnaise, add mustard and sprinkle seasoning such as Dill and oregano. As there are many types of mustard, a very spicy mayonnaise can be made with this other condiment. For a really spicy mayo, make one which resembles a curry. First, put several cups of mayonnaise into a mixing bowl. Next, add many spices and mix them together. Along with pepper, add jeera, cumin, garam masala and chilli powder plus paprika. When all of these spices are mixed thoroughly for several minutes, this combination will result in a wonderful taste. Mayonnaise could be served in naan bread alongside a curry. If a very hot curry is being eaten, mayonnaise can cool down a person’s mouth.
