RULES: For Round One, look at the costumes carefully and then fill in the form below stating which costumes are your top THREE choices [order in the form has no relevance]. For Round Two, you may only vote for TWO costumes. Vote on the costume, not on your favourite skater! You may vote more than once, but only once a day. Your vote will not be counted if your email address is not valid, if I suspect you are cheating in any way, or if you vote for a costume that hasn't made the cut. Now go vote!
